Kendall Dilling

President, Pathways Alliance

As President, Pathways Alliance, Kendall is responsible for overseeing the organization's strategic direction, the overall coordination of technology, development and external relations on behalf of the Alliance members. He works closely with a steering committee representing the Alliance’s five member companies to advance the Alliance’s goals. 

Assuming leadership in June 2022, Kendall brings nearly three decades of invaluable experience in the oil and gas sector with expertise that spans environment, regulatory, health and safety, Indigenous and stakeholder relations, and business development. 

Kendall holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA from the University of Calgary. Prior to his role at Pathways Alliance, Kendall was Vice-President, Environment & Regulatory at Cenovus Energy, where he shaped environmental strategy, managing the regulatory process for major approvals and leading policy advocacy efforts with various levels of government. Before joining Cenovus, Kendall accrued extensive experience holding pivotal roles in various Canadian and multinational pipeline and energy companies.

Drawing on the themes of the conference, the discussion will explore where greater coordination can strengthen outcomes and how cross-sector collaboration can enhance the effectiveness of industry advocacy and engagement
